Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
 
We accept credit card payments and Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo cards and PAYPAL.
Alternatively UK Cheques and Postal Orders may be sent to us, please note however that no products shall be dispatched until payment is cleared.
 
Order Confirmation:
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
 
VAT:
VAT is charged at the new rate (from 1st January 2011) of 20% and wherever possible has been included within the product price. However, please note that some items may incur an additional 20% charge, which shall be visible at the checkout.
 
Credit Card Security:
All credit and debit card transactions are carried out by dedicated 3rd party payment processing services with SSL encryption for ultimate security.

UK Shipping and Delivery Schedule:
Your preferred Postage Cost / Option should be selected at the checkout prior to purchase.
We will try our best to send orders out within 48 hours of receiving the order, however we are a small, family-run business and occasionally we may not manage to achieve this. We will typically try and get items to you within 3-5 working days.
 
Overseas Shipping:
For overseas shipping, the International Shipping postage option must be selected at the checkout prior to purchase as the required postage payable. Please note that there is a 2kg limit per order on overseas shipping. InsomniaStore and Baby-Sleep reserve the right to cancel an order if the postage costs exceed £20.00 - in this instance, a full refund will be provided.
 
Privacy Policy:
InsomniaStore and Baby-Sleep do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
 
Cookies: Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
 
Email Address: Please note that your email address will be added to our email newsletter list. This will never be passed to 3rd parties. If you do not want to be added to our list then please telephone us or email us with the Subject Line "UNSUBSCRIBE".
 
Returns Policy: Goods returned policy.
  • If you are unhappy with the quality or durability of any purchases from us then please do contact us to try and resolve the issue.
  • Faulty goods will be replaced or the cost refunded as requested.
  • Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:
  • You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods;
  • The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel, with both goods and all packaging in their original condition; securely wrapped; including our delivery slip; at your risk and cost.
  • After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit/debit card or Paypal account with the full purchase price of the goods (excluding postage and packaging) returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;
  • If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
  • We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
  • Please note that while we make every endeavour to offer products that will aid problems related to sleep difficulty, we are unable to guarantee the efficiency of any item.
